With the advent of the Internet, our world has seemingly become much smaller. What once took many days to do or find now takes seconds.

There is a saying that “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”
This may not be a physical appearance, rather an electronic one. Face to face meetings, although necessary in some cases, aren’t the end all to the educational system. Teleconferences are now an acceptable way of education and even today college students submit their papers via the Internet.

Because I live in different parts of the country during the year, I have been able to search out and work with members of the holistic/integrative/ alternative community in both the great Northeast as well as the South. I use the terms holistic, alternative and integrative interchangeably to mean those modalities that work with you and your traditional methods of medical treatment and that take the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the individual into consideration.

Some of the following providers I have met, others I have a long standing “Internet relationship” with and hope to meet face to face some day. All have become my teachers that were provided when I was ready.
