Healing With Sound: Tuning Forks

The use of tuning forks may compliment a Healing Touch or Healing Touch for Animals® session because the body is highly responsive to sound or vibration. For the animals, Carol Komitor, founder of Healing Touch for Animals® and the founder of the Komitor Healing Method, Inc. trained with Arden Wilken of the School for INNER SOUND to develop the sound therapy techniques taught in Level 4 of HTA. For people, Arden and Jack Wilken developed a system of sound therapy that can help release blockages which may be the cause of an individuals symptoms. INNER SOUND tuning forks are made to the rigorous specifications set by the Wilkens, are made of aluminum, emit a pure audible tone and will last a lifetime if properly used and cared for. Although the techniques differ between people and animals , INNER SOUND forks can be used for both. They can be used to create relaxation, grounding and focusing, wound healing, energetic clearing of spaces and much more. However, they are never meant to replace any form of licensed medical care.
